Background
With teams across software, hardware, optics, and data science, Data Mapper was struggling with communication and requirement alignment. Diverse technical stakeholders were working toward different goals, slowing development to a crawl.
My role
I led product prioritization and streamlined requirements across all teams. I enhanced cross-team communication processes and automated task delegation, significantly reducing the coordination overhead that was blocking development. I also drove the launch of the Algorithm Marketplace, creating a new revenue stream.
